Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by FDL Fond du Lac Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
FDL Fond du Lac Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete installation, repair, and replacement services. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete work, and concrete masonry.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by FDL Fond du Lac Concrete are approximations based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes.
We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.
Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, project completion may be delayed due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to minimize disruptions to your schedule.
Warranty and Guarantees
FDL Fond du Lac Concrete stands behind the quality of our work. We offer warranties on our workmanship, with specific terms outlined in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and project requirements. You must ensure access to the work site and notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other obstacles.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from homeowner associations or local authorities, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability and Insurance
FDL Fond du Lac Concrete carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel projects due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
